• Good local dialect spoken, Speak fluently in both English & Amharic.

• Work as team player and has flexibility in his/her work
• He/she can work independently and innovatively to develop and implement supervision and training activities that help expand community participation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• BA Degree in Psychology, Sociology and related fields
• Minimum 2 (two) year of experience in similar position with National or International NGOs with expertise and experience Psycho Social Support field and Hotline Support Worker
