• Sound commercial skills
• Problem solving and negotiation skills
• Sound written and oral communication skills to give authoritative advice and influence colleagues and externals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions for the company with external.
• Good commercial negotiation and communication skills
• Preferably fluency in Afan Orom language.
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Auto CAD, Archi CAD and other 3D rendering software
• Architectural knowledge and work experience in designing is advantageous

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology and Management.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2nd grade driving license
