Position: Office Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university (Fresh Graduate)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Amharic, and the local language spoken in the area.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the main point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle executives’ calendars and coordinate meetings.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
  • Supervise the performance of other clerical staff.
  • Act as an office manager by maintaining office supply inventory.
  • Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, as well as distribute correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.
