• Good local dialect spoken, Speak fluently in both English & Amharic.

• on-the-job training and industry certification is an added advantage.
• Have basic knowledge of the operation and application of electrical components and common measurement of  instruments.
• Have hands-on experience to work with hand and power tools.
• Have proper knowledge of various electronic components and computer operating systems.
• Have experience of Optical fiber test, including OTDR, Power Meter Test.
• Willing to  go to /work out of Addis or at region.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• BSC degree in Civil, Construction, or Electrical, Engineering or related fields of study.
• Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience on similar position.
