SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Sound commercial skills
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Good local dialect spoken, Speak fluently in both English & Amharic.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good project and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Participation and/or coordination with the Education Cluster
- Knowledge and experience of using and providing training on the INEE Minimum Standards for Education in Emergencies
- Mobilizing and training of school teachers
- Minimum of two successful assignments in a complex refugee emergency situation (at least one of these must be field level post );
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- B.E. degree in Education, pedagogy, Community Development, Psychology, social science
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in EiE
