SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

    • Sound commercial skills
    • Problem solving and negotiation skills
    • Good local dialect spoken, Speak fluently in both English & Amharic.
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Good project and time management skills
    • Strong analytical skills

    • Experience with training of staff in CMAM

      ·         Ability to read and interpret nutrition reports

      ·         Flexible with ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations

      ·         Good communication skills

      ·         Fluency in English, Amharic and preferably local language of the working area

      ·         Experience in Gambella area is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BA or Diploma in accounting and management or other related fields with minimum of 2    years or 5 years relevant experience respectively in development or emergency programs.
