Menschen für Menschen Switzerland was established in 1989 by the Honorary President Rolf Knie and Karlheinz Böhm. The foundation is headquartered in Zurich. In Ethiopia, the organization’s activities are planned, implemented, and monitored by the country representative and the program coordinator, working closely with the main office in Zurich.

Since 1999, Menschen für Menschen Switzerland Foundation has been awarded the ZEWO seal of approval, ensuring responsible use of donations. As a non-profit organization, the foundation is exempt from all taxes, including inheritance tax.

Position: Project Administrator
Main duties:
  • Develops annual budgets and compiles progress reviews.
  •  Ensures accurate execution of all personnel actions.
  • Maintains comprehensive personnel records for mission workers.
  • Oversees the Accounting department, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and requirements.
  • Supervises and provides guidance on logistics management for all supplies.
  • Coordinates the daily movement of project vehicles.

Job Qualifications:  
  • B.Sc. Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or any related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Administration & Finance
  • Skills REQUIRED: Computer literacy and IT skills with practical experience in accounting software such as Peachtree Accounting…
  • Language: A good command of spoken & written English
