With the existence of websites, earning money online has never been easy for Ethiopians. There are awesome websites where you get paid for your hard work. Without any doubt, Fiverr is one of them. For those of you who are familiar with this website you know what I mean. However, for people who are new for the web, well, Fiverr is a great platform for both sellers and buyers. Sellers on Fiverr (and other similar networks are called “freelancer” which means “self-employed and hired to work for different companies on particular assignments.” When you are a freelancer you have to be professional, you are going to be hired- but just online. You will be able to work for different companies at a time. Isn’t it great? Let us say you are good on making a business plan. Then instead of being hired to some company and became an asset for only one company, be a freelancer. You are free from any restrictions. A thousand of companies and individuals are in need of business plan, you will work for them- you will be paid, period. There are thousands of testimonies across the web that you can earn hundreds/ thousands of dollar from working what you love to do- from designing to selling your voice!

How to sign up and start working?
It is as simple as sign up for Facebook. You can sign up by clicking here. You are asked to choose user name and password and you can be a seller. After that you are requested to verify your account. When you became a seller on Fiverr, anything you offered for sale is called gigs. Most of gigs are sold for $5. Let’s say you are a logo designer and you posted that you will work any kind of logo for $5. Then someone who is impressed with your designs will order you and when you are done, designing you will be paid.
Tips
Like a google website, or YouTube channels Fiverr is highly dependent on keywords, and that means you have to research for SEO. In order to appear at the top of your category, first search for what you are making. On our above example if you are a logo designer, go to Fiverr and search for “Logo design”. Look for the gigs that appear at the first. Then if it says “I will design any kind of logo for $10”. Then copy the title and make your own “I will design any kind of logo for $5” or “I will design any kind of 3D logo for $5”. This is how you can appear at the top of your category.
Payment methods
Finally, the goal of your hard work is earning. Therefore, you deserve to be curious about the payment method of Fiverr. As a payout method, Fiverr offers three options. The first one is paypal. The second payment method is bank transfer for US sellers and the third one is Fiverr revenue card. The first two payout option only works for US citizens (and some other non-US, who own a paypal card). The only method you can receive your money is through Fiverr revenue card.
